SYST 500 Waiver Exam

Attention entering MS students: For those who are required to take the SYST 500 waiver exam as indicated in the acceptance letter, waiver exams are two hours long and are offered twice a year on the week preceding the start of the semester. For Fall 2011 the exams will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, 3:30-5:30pm in the Engineering Building, Room 2100. Please call the SEOR Department at 703-993-1670 to let us know if you are planning to take the exam. A sample waiver exam is available.

It is important to note that you will be permitted to take the exam one time only. Failure to pass the exam means that you must take the math foundation course SYST 500.
